About the Author – Allan Hans Muhome
Born in 1980 in Blantyre, Malawi, Allan Hans Muhome is a respected legal practitioner and commercial law consultant. He holds an LLB (Hons) and an MBA from the University of Malawi and lectures law at leading institutions, including the University of Malawi and the Malawi Institute of Legal Education.
Allan is the author of several authoritative texts, including:

- Company Law in Malawi (2016)
- The Law and Procedure of Corporate Meetings in Malawi (2019)
He is currently researching Malawi Insolvency Law. Allan is married to Patricia and is a proud father of three children: Francisca-Naphiri, Gabriella-Okota, and Eugene-Ekari.
