The Author – Allan Hans Muhome
Allan Hans Muhome is a distinguished Malawian legal scholar and practitioner with deep expertise in commercial and corporate law. He holds an MBA and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Malawi and has also earned an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Johannesburg. Allan lectures law at the Catholic University of Malawi and has contributed extensively to legal education and practice in Malawi.
